Attorney Atinizian received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School. Prior to establishing the Law Offices of Carolyn Atinizian, Ms. Atinizian worked in the legal department of Vast Capital Management Inc, an asset management firm, where she was responsible for legal matters, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, permitting and financing, as well as corporate governance and organization. She continues to provide legal advice to Vast Capital, acting in an "of counsel" capacity.
In addition to participating in seminars and professional associations, Ms. Atinizian devotes her time to community organizations and pro bono legal work. Attorney Atinizian is a title agent for First American Title Insurance. She is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Armenian Bar Association.
Attorney Atinizian is fluent in Armenian and Turkish.
